Using AI technology to connect dialers with the best prospects at the best time, ProspectIQ delivers groundbreaking results for sales conversions. As Design Director, I led efforts to design a user-centric interface that prioritized usability and interaction, while maintaining a modern feel that connects to the company’s innovative essence.
Call processing
Our top priority when developing the AccelerateIQ UI was usability. We needed to create a fluid interface that offered all aspects of the dialing experience, from a numbers-focused dashboard to integrated calling and cadence.
Record interactions
Within one platform, a user has the ability to view a new prospect, receive the best pitch to deliver to them, call them, and, finally, process the interaction. All information is easily navigable and is stored within the AccelerateIQ database, making recall a breeze.
Easy scheduling
With an integrated calendar, users can book appointments in real-time, eliminating human error and cross-platform tracking.
